We don't reside in Muscatine, so she took care of many, many visits by contractors, inspectors and, of course, the buyer for us. There apparently are differences in the way the sale of estate property is handled in Muscatine county as opposed to Johnson county, so when our estate attorney was inserted into the sale and closing, Megan graciously worked with his office to facilitate the closing.
